Thomas Hallinger: Managing Director, joined Golding Capital Partners in 2015 and is responsible for secondary market transactions (LP deals & GP-leds) across private equity, private credit and infrastructure equity segments. Prior to joining Golding Capital Partners, Mr. Hallinger worked in the investment banking division at UniCredit Bank in Financial Sponsor Solutions, where he supported financial investors with acquisition financings of companies in German-speaking countries. He started his career at Ardian in Private Equity Fund of Funds in Frankfurt and Paris. As a member of the global investment team, Mr. Hallinger focused on the private equity secondary market and completed several transactions including portfolios of direct investments. Mr. Hallinger holds a M.Sc. in Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Further, he completed the Masterclass of Private Equity at the Coller Institute of Private Equity at London Business School.

Ivan Massonnat is a Partner at PAI Partners. Ivan first joined PAI in 2000 as a member of the Investment Group. In 2004 Ivan started to focus on PAI’s Investor Relations and fundraising activities. In 2008, he joined Fondations Capital as Partner, Chief Operating Officer. Late 2010, he rejoined PAI as a member of the Investor Team. Since 2017, he has also been overseeing PAI’s ESG Team and is the Chairman of PAI Community, the firm’s charitable foundation. Ivan graduated from the Institut National des Télécommunications (INT) and holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the Université d’Evry.

Ralph Guenther, Partner (joined 2011, 22 years of private markets experience) Ralph is a Partner and represents Pantheon’s client relationship management and business development for the DACH and CEE markets and will also source deals for Pantheon’s Secondaries team. Ralph is responsible for Pantheon’s distribution relationship in Germany and Austria. Prior to Pantheon, Ralph served as a Managing Director with bmp AG in Germany, where he established a fund of funds business in 2005. Prior to that he served as a MD in the German Venture Capital markets from 1998 to 2005 where he was responsible for a number of investments, trade sales and IPOs. Ralph started his career in IT consulting and software development. He has a degree in economics from FU Berlin. Ralph is based in Berlin.

Philippe Hellich has 30+ years of professional experience, both as a consultant and as a practitioner in the fields of ESG, Finance, Human Resources and Governance/Internal Audit. He holds a degree in Business Economics & Finance from ESCP Europe and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. During the early part of his career, Philippe spent time at Accenture and Boston Consulting Group advising on a broad range of strategy and organisational projects. He subsequently worked for international corporations like Renault, Ipsos, Danone or IKEA leading a variety of support functions and as a “business partner”. He participated and organised all Audit Committee meetings of Danone (public company) and IKEA (non-listed) during 12 years in total. Philippe is now advising organisations on their role in society and their Corporate Social Responsibility: he supports businesses on their ESG diagnostic phase, all the way through to implementation of actions to mitigate risks, protect reputation, maximise opportunities and create value. He is dedicating most of this attention to CVC Capital Partners, as ESG Senior Advisor, supporting portfolio companies in Europe and the Americas on their ESG journey.

Thomas is a Partner and Head of Venture Capital Europe and Israel at DTCP. He is responsible for the European and Israeli activities of the fund and invested in / serves as Board member/observers at Aircall, Signavio, Pipedrive, LeanIX, Relayr, Fornova, eValue, enfore and Gini. Prior to DTCP Thomas was Founder and Managing Partner of Bauer Venture Partners, a €100m venture capital fund. Before, Thomas was the Head of M&A at Bauer Media and long-term Managing Partner at German venture capital pioneer Neuhaus Partners. He invested in Searchmetrics, Content Fleet, Propertybase, Contorion, Navabi and apprupt, amongst others, and has gained broad entrepreneurial experiences from the foundation of several companies. Thomas studied at the University of Hamburg and holds a masters degree in technical economics.

Shiva Dustdar has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry working for large private and public institutions in New York, London and Luxembourg. Since joining EIB in 2003, she has worked in risk management, lending and investing in innovative companies and currently heads the Innovation Finance Advisory (IFA) Division in the EIB which she was tasked to set up in 2013. IFA has 2 units covering project advisory and thematic finance providing access to financial advice to public and private entities, performing market studies and developing new financial products to meet the financing needs across the innovation spectrum to support smart, green and healthy growth. Morgan Investment Banking in New York working in M&A, Project Finance and Emerging Markets before joining Fitch Rating Agency in 1999 to set up its European High Yield rating business. Shiva holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an Executive MBA from London Business School (LBS). Shiva co-founded the European High Yield Association (EHYA), which is now part of the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) and was nominated to Top 50 Women in Credit by Credit Magazine in 2006. She is a regular speaker on innovation and impact financing, gender smart investing, digital and green financing and actively engaged in networks that promote sustainable and mission-oriented financing.

Dr. Sofia Harrschar, Executive Director and Member of the Management Board, is responsible for Universal-Investment’s product unit Alternative Investments. The unit includes all investments in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Debt, Loans and Securitisations as well as structuring of complex investment projects and their implementation on Universal-Investment’s German and Luxembourg platforms. Dr. Sofia Harrschar earned a degree in business administration at the J.W. Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, where she also received her doctorate in finance. Before joining Universal- Investment, she worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Prime Capital. Harrschar has more than 18 years of experience in structuring and investment in alternative investments.

Sophie joined LBO France in 2015. Prior to LBO France, Sophie was Head of Investor Relations at Weinberg Capital Partners where she led the fundraising process for both buyout and real estate funds. Before that, Sophie spent 13 years directly investing in Private Equity at Chevrillon Candover and Chevrillon & Associés. Between 1995 and 1998, Sophie worked at UBS in the M&A department in Paris and London. She graduated from ESCP Europe and is SFA accredited.
