Before joining A/O Proptech, Bhrigu was Finance Partner at LocalGlobe & Latitude venture funds. Bhrigu has worked at News UK, KPMG and British Airways covering a diverse range of disciplines across Corporate Venture, Management Consulting, Business Transformation and Finance. Bhrigu holds a 1st class degree in Philosophy Politics & Economics from the University of Warwick and is a Chartered Accountant (qualified with KPMG).

Prior to joining Ufenau Capital Partners, Rachid Jellouli worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers AG in Zurich as an auditor in Asset Management and as a Money Laundering Investigator in the Regulatory & Compliance Service. Previously, he was auditor in asset management at KPMG Luxembourg. Rachid Jellouli holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business with a focus on Finance and Accounting from the School of Business and Economics in Maastricht. During his studies he gained international experience at the School of Business and Social Sciences in Aarhus.

Steven has over 20 years of private equity experience gained within private equity firms, as CFO/COO of private equity and venture capital backed companies as well as PE M&A exposure in investment banking. He joined Frog as Partner in charge of Portfolio in 2015, specialising in finance department development. Steven represented Frog on the board of portfolio exits such as Mediatonic and EDITED and currently sits on the boards of Azimo and Winningtemp. Steven heads the Operating Partner Programme. Prior to joining Frog, Steven spent four years as CFO at Syscap, a PE backed leading provider of alternative funding to SMEs, where he managed the successful sale to Wesleyan Assurance Society. In addition to his operational experience, Steven spent four years as a Portfolio Director at Livingbridge. Steven is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers) and holds an MA in Economics from Cambridge University.

Christoph draws on his background as Business Angel and Partner with McKinsey when working with founders. Before joining Antler he served a range of leading technology organizations, amongst others from the mobility and transportation space, on disruptive strategy and building innovative business models. Building and nurturing top talent organizations is one of his key passions and a great source of inspiration for Christoph.

As Director of ESG and Responsible Investing, Mr. Hill is the Chairperson of Adams Street’s Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee, and supports Adams Street’s ESG efforts across all investment strategies. He collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to analyze, measure, and report ESG performance, as well as drive improvement. Mr. Hill’s career in the fields of ESG research and sustainability spans two decades. Prior to joining Adams Street, he was at S&P Global Trucost where he played a key role in managing and delivering projects that provided data-leveraged ESG insights to leading businesses and institutional investors.

Jussi Paronen is Director, Risk & Valuation at CapMan, a private markets pioneer in the Nordics, whose funds invest in unlisted companies, real estate and infrastructure and who offers access to investment solutions. CapMan is listed on the Helsinki stock exchange. Jussi joined CapMan in 2007 and is currently heading the Risk & Valuation team with the responsibility for risk management and valuation processes for the group and for the funds managed by the group, as well as for fund investor reporting. Prior to joining CapMan, Jussi worked as a treasury controller at KONE Corporation.

Andreas is Lakestar's Chief Financial Officer. He advises the group on all finance and fund administration matters. Andreas facilitates the collaboration of the investment and operational team and ensures compliance with all regulatory and further relevant requirements.
